Many breeds of dogs are sensitive to various things like food, pollen, wasp bites and so on.
The symptoms that manifest themselves could be excessive scratching of their backs, legs etc. Their skin is itchy and it bothers them.
What to do?
It's a complicated issue with complex underlying causes. Work with your Veterinarian because he/she can give your dog temporary relief by means of steroid derivatives, usually in the form of creams or perhaps capsules. The problem is that this type of treatment must be short term only. They are not the solution to the problem, but just buying some comfort time while you implement some longer term solutions, ones which will not only improve the health of the dog, but fully control the allergies.
